Cancellation Policy
A $100 deposit is required to book you charter. If the booking is made within 14 days of the charter the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations that are more than 14 days from scheduled trip will receive a 100% refund. If the charter is canceled within 7 days of scheduled charter, the full payment will be applied to your credit card. Cancellations due to weather or wind are at the captain’s discretion, and customer will be subject to a full refund.
