Cancellation Policy

Cancellations that are more than 14 days from scheduled charter will receive a full refund. If you cancel within 14 days of scheduled charter you forfeit full deposit. If you cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled charter, you will be charged full price for your selected charter. A no show (more than 30 minutes late) on the day of your scheduled charter will result in full payment of selected charter being applied to your card. Cancellations due to weather or wind are at the captain’s discretion, and customer will be subject to a full refund.
